Magnetic Stacker
This post baking system consists of cooling conveyor, packing table and stacker.
The machines are heavy duty and rugged, fitted with cotton canvas and
are available in widths of 32" (800mm), 39" (1000 mm) and 48" (1200mm).
Features
Cooling Conveyor
- Sheet metal, powder coated sections
- Mechanical tensioning and tracking systems
- All rollers fitted with sealed ball bearings in mild steel with outside dia. machined
- End section frames at biscuit turning points made from heavy duty structural angles
- Overhead of floor standing supports can be provided, 2 tier or 4 tier systems available.
Packing Table
- Sections made from sturdy mild steel channels and angles
- Top sheets in 4 mm thick mild steel
- Drive section fitted with drive drums, tensioning and tracking rollers
- Guides of 5 mm thickness held by bridges
- Bridges with easily adjustable handles to set the distance between guides quickly.
Magnetic Stacker
- Two fall, magnetic paddle wheel type
- First and third set of guides fitted on magnets for quick and easy setting of the distance between guides.
Models available
- Fitted with single cotton canvas
- With endless web on delivery side and cotton canvas on feed side
- Drive drum, tensioning roller, tracking rollers fitted between side plates
- Separate drive (optional) for paddle wheel
- Feed end table height adjustable.
